I can see why so many people have offered to color the strip for me... this was kind of fun. I also have lots of color guide cheat sheets for most of the characters anyway... I may start coloring these at some point*! :D
*I probably will not.

First 12 new strips of Facebrooks are now up. Since this is one of those rare moments where I legitimately know how and when things play out (instead of just consulting my really rough autobio notes filled with things like 'brooks and nick text' and 'rodriguez eats a cake'). I can actually tease what's coming up in a bit:
- a 'character' leaves!
- relationships end!
- brooks meets a 'fresh face'!
- ginger? cassie! ...leslie.
Oh my Lord there's so much more. Everyone's in for a big treat. Stick around folks!

It took weeks (had to do it in my spare time whenever I could) to re-upload each and every one of these suckers manually, but the entire ol' archive is back up.
New comics will start popping up here ASAP. I have a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time and I have roughly 3 months of brand-new strips to upload. Most likely I'll pop these up in bunches of 4. I dunno yet - I do know that I am very excited to be done uploading the archive. That took FOREVER.
Keep your eyes peeled on my Twitter for more info.

Powpow Comics is a very frustrating website to visit, just as a whole. I think we can all agree on that. So many different layout changes, comic re-uploadings, yadda yadda yadda. Between you and me, I was perfectly content with what I had going on just a few months ago with a strictly black-and-white, no frills, just straight-up-comic-strip-and-that's-it business. Unfortunately, the actual setup we had behind that simple page was a load of overly complicated garbage that, frankly, we didn't need to mess around with anymore. So after weeks and weeks and weeks of screwing around, starting up different layouts and reverting back to old ones, we finally hit on something that works.
And between you and me, I hope we stick with what we have now for a long, long time.
